I’m thrilled by the latest two and four-hole beads by Starman: CzechMates QuadraTiles and CzechMates Tiles. These latest styles in the CzechMates series provide a structural and shaping element to my Bridges Bracelet. I have swollen glands and some kind of nasty cold coming on, the perfect excuse to just sit and look at pictures of beadwork. I don’t know if you ever noticed that Beadwork magazine sells individual patterns on their site that were previously published, then periodically recycles them? This beadwork shows explorations of shell forms. I used variations of the Albion stitch (developed by Heather Kingsley-Heath) and spiral stitch variations.
